Flew in town for a Steelers game and landed here for a nice dinner afterwards. Beautiful view of the city! Inviting and relaxing ambience. Sydney, our server was very nice and welcoming. Food was delicious! Sydney's recommendation for the shrimp appetizer was spot on. It was amazing! We shared a filet and the banana pepper ravioli. Both were very good! Cheesecake dessert was delicious as well! If ever back in Pittsburgh we will return!! Definitely recommend this place!!

Absolutely in the top 10 of my favorite spots in Pittsburgh; professional staff, fantastic service, incredible food, great wines, and amazing views. I have hosted group meetings there, with fantastic success and happy clients. I've enjoyed many private meals there with phenomenal relaxing memories. And I've had private business luncheons there, always with satisfied smiles. I recommend the Vue 412 for anything centered around a meal, whether it be a business conference meeting for a few dozen, a private meeting with friends, family, or work clients. And if it's just you, it's well worth it also!

The Vue! The food is amazing! I had the stuffed banana pepper ravioli. Perfect blend of flavors. The ravioli is stuffed with cheese and smothered in a sweet banana pepper enhanced sauce adding just the perfect amount food spicey. The meat chunks are proper Pittsburgh sized and quite tasty with the accompanying banana pepper slices. Really just well done plate. You don't need tweezers to pick up your food. Again it's a great place for legit burgh food

A solid 4 stars for Vue 412. We came here for dinner last night for my fiancee's birthday (another birthday dinner, because she's turning 30) and we really enjoyed the meal. We were at a table made for 6 people, but likely because there were some bigger groups there last night and they only had so much space. Honestly it was fine. I am intrigued about the construction right next door too. Anyway, the food. I went with the restaurant week menu and the Summer Salad was very good, but I wanted a little more zing, likely from the dressing. I then got the Butternut ravioli and my only nitpick was that the sherry cream sauce was very heavy and seemed to drown out the unevenly filled ravioli. I was expecting more earthy tones from the dish and didn't quite get it. There was also maybe just one pour too much sauce. My desert was the Pecan gelato ball and it was good. As for my fiancee: She got the Bada-Bing shrimp (bit of a funny name for a classy place) and we both liked these. She then got the Filet, but we ended up taking most of it home due to having had a big lunch earlier in the day. She really liked it too, but commented that the butter and garlic seemed a bit heavy on the broccoli side. Her portion of all 3 (that, the potatoes and steak) was huge for the price. You'll have leftovers for sure. Her desert was the creme brulee. She liked it. Honestly, with Altuis closed and once there's a better view looking towards Rt. 65 and away from downtown, when the construction is done, I can see us coming back for another fancy meal

My hubby and I really loved this place. We took the incline up, and it was two buildings down on the left. We had reservations for lunch, but arrived early. We got there when they opened so we were able to pick our seat. View was amazing!!!! We bought a bottle of wine but they had some great cocktail options. We each had a salad. Hubby had pecan salad, it's was really tasty, dressing is almost like a creamy sweet and sour. I had the caprese salad, which was excellent. Large slices of tomato and mozzarella, serving was so large I could not finish it, super fresh. We split the seafood gnocchi, lunch size portion. Also, could not finish it between the two of us. Seafood was perfectly done. I would suggest asking for extra bread, don't let the sauce go to waste. Josie, our waitress, was fantastic, knowledgeable, and attentive! Hubby even had a cotton candy surprise for his Bday! I agree with another reviewer, this is more like $$$ vs $$ as posted on Yelp. I reviewed the menu and prices so it was expected. Totally worth it, would absolutely return, would like to try the meatballs and some cocktails.

We decided to check this place out on Sunday since it was such a gorgeous day. We were so pleased to be seated by the window and had an amazing view of the city. Our server Kristi was so amazing she introduced herself and referred us to our names the whole time which is impressive. I can barely remember my friends' names. She was amazing and such amazing service. We started with some wine and cocktails and got the shrimp appetizer. It was so good lightly breaded and had good sauce, plus the portion size was huge for the price. We then ordered the Ribeye special and Seafood gnocchi. The ribeye was huge and cooked perfectly. My favorite was the seafood gnocchi - the garlic butter sauce was amazing and the scallops were perfectly cooked. I would definitely recommend this place again and also that gnocchi. Great views, service and food!!!!

We decided to check this place out during Restaurant Week. I love going to nicer places during restaurant week - it's usually such a great deal compared to the normal prices. The restaurant is two levels and a nice view overlooking the Golden Triangle. We started off with some whiskey cocktails. For the first course we both got the mushroom cappuccino soup with shiitake foam. I loved it. The foam on top was a cool temperature compared to the warm soup. I thought the flavor was rich and complex without being overwhelming. Second course I chose the rock shrimp and my partner chose the surf n turf kababs. The rock shrimp was accompanied by sweet pear fiocchi served in a light lemon cream sauce with shallots, black garlic, and toasted pine nuts. SO good. The sweet pear fiocchi was delicious and went so well with the shrimp. The lemon cream sauce really tied everything in together, and I liked the plating. The surf n turf kabobs were grilled with cipollini onions, shiitake mushrooms, and black pepper, and served with mashed potatoes, béarnaise sauce, and demi-glace tricolored carrots. Also very very good. We finished with the triple vanilla crème brûlée and the molten lava chocolate explosion with vanilla gelato. Both were tasty!

This place was awesome, I took my wife there for her birthday and the staff were fantastic. Food was good, my steak was under cooked but was still good. 10/10 would recommend this place
